2. Delivery Time
UK delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Costs
We mostly offer free UK shipping. If there are shipping costs these will be calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have 14 days to cancel your order.

2. Personalised Items Exception
However, personalised or custom-made items are exempt from the right to cancel unless they are faulty or incorrect.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
